Check out Al Gore’s speech from the DNC last night. i under­stand that Gore feels as if an injus­tice was done against him in 2000 - that must have been ter­ri­ble, and ter­ri­ble for all democ­rats. how­ever, it’s over. there’s noth­ing you can do now to fix it, other than move ahead and try to defeat Bush this time. even after the supreme court stopped the re-​count, Bush won FL. even after they counted the under and over votes (which could not be offi­cially counted, of course), Bush Won. just beat him this time…

Gore says he didn’t come to the DNC to talk about Bush, yet he talks about him the entire time. for the bil­lionth time, my main gripe with cur­rent demo­c­rat lead­ers is that they’re telling me Bush is bad. i know that Bush is bad. tell me why to vote for YOU!

so, Al Gore … as Arnold would say,
