Big, Stupid Dummies.

Sunday, September 19th, 2004

Well, the week from hell is officially over. I had a couple of tests, 2 midterms, a portfolio due, and a presentation. Basically, the hurricane(s) screwed up the schedule, so everything was crammed into this week, with finals at the end of the week NEXT week. I cleaned up - doing really well on all of the tests, assignments, etc.

Everything Has It’s Price.

Saturday, September 18th, 2004

I was talking to my brother today, and we were chatting about how everyone has their price for mostly anything. Then, I made the comment that, while I could be persuaded to do most anything for a price, some things ARE off limits. For instance, I would not kill a man/woman for money. I don’t think i’d perform any sexual acts on a guy for money.

Anyways, it just got me thinking - how about you guys? What’s the limit for you? What kind of crazy stuff would you do for a price, and what are the 1 or 2 things you would NEVER do, no matter what the price?

(There are so many people that come here every day, and never comment on my site. Speak up! Make this place interesting, please.)

Football Fans for Truth

Thursday, September 16th, 2004

a new advocacy group has been formed, called Football Fans for Truth. This is a spin off of the Swift Boat Vets for Truth … this one, however, is focusing on Kerry’s inability to be athletic, or to have any football knowledge whatsoever.

reminded me of this post. boy, do i miss the “golden age” of this site, with it’s wonderful partisan debates.

Amazing Quotes

Monday, September 13th, 2004

Question: If you could live forever, would you and why?
Answer: “I would not live forever, because we should not live forever, because if we were supposed to live forever, then we would live forever, but we cannot live forever, which is why I would not live forever.” –Miss Alabama in the 1994 Miss USA contest.
